At Goodstart Early Learning, we are committed to delivering exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. As a Senior Educator at our Caloundra centre, you will have the opportunity to take charge of your own room and lead a team of dedicated Educators.



About the Role


This is a full-time position offering an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.



Key Responsibilities



  • Led a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs;
  • Maintained a safe and inclusive learning environment;
  • Observed and informed the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader about teaching practices;
  • Collaborated with colleagues to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives.


About You


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Educator who possesses a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. A current QLD Working with Children Check is also required.
