**The Centre**

At our Caloundra early learning centre, there are six beautifully designed learning studios, grouped by age, with a separate sleep room attached to the nursery.
Each space has high quality, age-appropriate resources for the best play-based learning experiences with expansive indoor and outdoor spaces.

**The Opportunity**

As Centre Manager, you'll:

- Lead a professional team to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Foster lasting relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in our care.

- Contribute to Guardian's mission by making your centre financially sustainable and investing in high-quality education for young children across Australia.

**Requirements**:
To be considered, you'll need:

- A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards it).
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a long day-care centre.
- Practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Budget and financial accountability experience.
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, along with a valid Working with Children check.
