Job Role Overview

The Procurement Specialist will play a pivotal role in implementing Oracle Fusion ERP, translating business needs into actionable functional requirements, supporting solution design, testing, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Design & Requirements: Translate business needs and user stories into implementable functional requirements, facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture and validate requirements.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in the development of test scenarios and scripts, conduct quality assurance reviews of test results, support defect triage and resolution during testing cycles.
  • Change Management & Training: Contribute to the change management plan, support user onboarding and training activities, act as a liaison between the project team and end users.
  • Data Migration & Validation: Assist with data migration planning, collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity and readiness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Build strong relationships with procurement and business stakeholders, provide regular updates and insights to project leadership and governance forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred.
  • Oracle Procurement Cloud certifications or training (if applicable) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, including sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle, and procurement analytics.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (or similar ERP platforms) is highly desirable.
