Job Title: Social Experience Host We are seeking energetic and personable individuals to promote our products at events across Victoria. As a representative of our agency, you will be the face of the product and engage with event attendees to create an unforgettable experience. The Role

As a Social Experience Host, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively engaging with event attendees and having fun
  • Supporting Operators with event management
  • Liaising with clients and communicating proficiently
  • Troubleshooting technical issues (software and hardware)
  • Providing post-event reporting to the wider team

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Tech-savviness with exceptional problem-solving ability
  • Responsibility and trustworthiness, earning the confidence of our clients
  • High organisation and reliability
  • Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekdays and weekends

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in AV, production, or event management, with a focus on technical aspects
  • 1+ years of consumer-facing experience, such as retail, promotions, hospitality, or events
  • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage stressful situations positively and professionally
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

We specialise in delivering live amplification of content both pre, during, and post-event, using innovative approaches to briefs and expertise in photo, GIF, video, and gamification.
