THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Sales Host to work at our beautiful display home located in the Huntly, Bendigo area. This is a part-time position, and typical working hours will be Thursday to Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.

As a Sales Host, you are the first point of contact for prospective clients as they arrive at our display home. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet prospective clients and answer general inquiries
• Promote the Simonds brand and products, helping to drive potential sales
• Provide general assistance to the Sales Consultant as required
• Maintain the appearance and general tidiness of the display home
• Compile and restock marketing materials
• Book client meetings and appointments

This role offers flexibility and an entry point into sales, real estate, or customer service within residential building and construction. We encourage internal promotion and welcome applicants interested in gaining experience in sales or customer service. Sales Hosts may also work at multiple display homes as opportunities arise.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone approachable, helpful, and confident in interacting with a diverse range of customers. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and an interest in sales are essential.

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, often operating the display on your own. High levels of care, responsibility, and sound computer literacy skills are mandatory.
