Regional Security Specialist

The Regional Security Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our organization's assets across the Asia-Pacific region.
This is a junior-level position where you'll be at the forefront, helping to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
You will be part of a dynamic security team, working closely with colleagues across the Asia Pacific region. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced security environment, contribute to a global team, and have a direct impact on the safety of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Threat Monitoring: Continuously monitor for and report on current and emerging physical security threats, including geopolitical events, civil unrest, and natural disasters that could impact our employees and facilities in the APAC region.
- Incident Response: Serve as a key responder to life safety incidents and physical security alerts. You'll assess the situation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a timely and effective response.
- Intelligence Reporting: Utilize open-source intelligence (OSINT) and other tools to produce detailed threat assessments for our offices, travel, and other high-risk situations. Your clear and concise reports will be used by decision-makers to manage risk.
- Alarm System Management: Monitor our alarm systems and ensure swift, appropriate action is taken in response to security alerts.
- On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for urgent security and safety incidents.
