Librarian Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced librarian to lead our library services team. As the Head of Library & Information Services, you will play a critical role in optimizing student learning through the provision of access to outstanding educational resources and library services for the entire Haileybury community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the library services team to provide high-quality resources and services to students, teachers, and staff
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to develop and implement strategic plans for library services
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to promote library services and resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure library services remain relevant and effective

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in librarianship or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading library services teams and developing strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
