We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in driving innovation and transformation for the future of water across South East Queensland.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the construction phase of a high-profile water infrastructure project, ensuring the secure delivery of Water for Life for generations to come.
- Coordinate project activities, including construction and commissioning, to ensure compliance with governance procedures and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project controls, such as cost tracking, procurement, risk registers, change management, and contract administration for low-risk contracts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and systems, overseeing task assignments, decision registers, and action tracking.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in complex project environments, delivering projects and work packages successfully.
- Exceptional written communication and computer literacy skills, including proficiency in project management systems and MS Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related technical field (Tertiary or Advanced Diploma level).
This fixed-term position offers a competitive salary package, starting at $108,332 - $119,130, plus superannuation, until August 2027.
