Role Summary: The Customer Governance & Assurance Lead will coordinate and manage operational governance and risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice across the Customer business unit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the team to achieve key business objectives
  • Coordinate ongoing reviews of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices
  • Provide oversight on annual audit and risk activities
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and work with functional areas to deliver and embed improvements
  • Management and continuous improvement of the risk management framework, business continuity management system, and crisis management functions

What you'll bring:

  • An undergraduate degree in business or a related field or relevant business experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a compliance, audit, risk, and/or quality assurance/insights team
  • Strong leadership experience with proven success in employee engagement, performance, development, and talent acquisition
  • Must have extensive experience in managing the delivery of compliance and regulation, including a deep knowledge of legislation
