About Us
Overview of the RoleThis position involves contributing to a team that is responsible for managing risk and ensuring compliance with key internal and external requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing governance/assurance practices and Management of Change procedures to control value outcomes across various sectors.
Key deliverables include:
- Developing and implementing effective governance/assurance practices and Management of Change procedures
- Identifying and assessing risks, making informed decisions, and building a risk-aware culture
- Collaborating with senior leaders to implement routines and changes that drive effective management of risks across all facets of operations
- Utilizing tools to provide meaningful insights into performance against requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Developing practical plans aligned to strategic objectives
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a background in safety, assurance, or risk management within the resources sector, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities

- Analyse and report on key performance indicators
- Provide recommendations for improvement

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in risk management and governance
