Client Services Liaison Specialist

Job Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven professional to join our team as a Client Services Officer.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a nurse, allied health professional, claims manager, practice manager or skilled customer service administrator who may be seeking a change.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills in providing advice and arranging suitable appointments with our specialist consultant team.
About the Role:
- Liaise with customers to plan and implement agreed services
- Schedule appointments and maintain busy inboxes
- Provide administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
- Offer information and advice to customers and prospective customers
- Undertake other tasks assigned to the Client Services team
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a group environment
- A personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
- Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining flexibility
- Attention to detail is essential
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
