As a key player in our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic campaigns.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies. This includes managing our loyalty program, optimising customer lifecycle journeys and enhancing personalisation and segmentation strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of our CRM strategy, including the management of our loyalty program.
  • Optimise customer flows to enhance engagement and manage customer segmentation to ensure personalised communication.
  • Develop and implement loyalty strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Own the calendar for our loyalty program, including point-based promotions, gifting and events.
  • Plan, implement and optimise marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive brand awareness, traffic and revenue.
  • Project manage timelines, briefs and content across cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of CRM and digital marketing campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of brand marketing and a passion for driving ideation and innovation. A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM is required, with experience in omnichannel retail being a plus.

You will be expected to have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset. Effective communication skills and a collaborative style are essential, as well as the ability to build robust relationships and confidently manage stakeholders. Analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies, are also crucial.

Proficiency in email campaign, customer segmentation and analytics tools, including customer data and digital marketing platforms, is necessary for success in this role.
