Our organization seeks a diligent professional to fill the role of Payroll Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare payroll data for submission, including employee onboarding, payroll adjustments, and other variables.
  • Process monthly superannuation payments to Mercer.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries and inquiries.
  • Distribute month-end reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Reconcile year-end requirements, including Workcover, Payroll Tax, and Group Tax.
  • Maintain accurate records for all employees within the organizational system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of taxation, superannuation, and EBA regulations
  • Administrative and processing expertise
  • Aptitude with figures and data analysis
