Regional Product Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth and profitability by translating global strategy into regional product plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Product Management
    • Identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs through data analysis and industry research.
    • Develop and execute global initiatives and strategies within the region.
    • Establish relationships between product development, operations, and sales teams.
  • Carrier & Customer Relationship Management / Procurement
    • Collaborate with procurement teams to maintain carrier relations and negotiate contracts.
    • Implement cost reduction strategies by optimizing carrier allocation and pricing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Pricing Management
    • Oversee area LCL pricing activities, including price setting and margin management.
    • Develop pricing strategies that ensure healthy margins and meet business objectives.
  • Operations Execution
    • Ensure adherence to standard processes and customer-specific IOPs.
    • Implement and monitor standard processes and systems within the region, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and improve the performance of the LCL service/product in the region.
    • Drive product profitability through upselling, cost management, and process improvements.
    • Strengthen engagement with the global network and drive added value through collaboration.
  • People Management
    • Coach, motivate, and build a high-performing team.
    • Lead by example to inspire and energize the team.
