Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused individual to join our team in Concrete Plant operations across the Brisbane Metro Region.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, requiring 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, with ample overtime and weekend work, in accordance with business needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing batching and loading of Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and balance customer orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
  • Engage with customers and respond to their enquiries
  • Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
  • Balance customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation, and efficiency
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends
  • A team player who can multitask and make quick, effective decisions under pressure
  • Natural problem-solving skills and ability to plan and troubleshoot
  • Efficient communication and customer support skills
