We are seeking a seasoned market access professional to spearhead our product access strategies.
About the Role- This is a high-impact leadership role that will drive comprehensive market access strategies for products and portfolios throughout their lifecycle.
- As a key member of our commercial team, you will develop and lead pricing strategy development aligned with market conditions and business objectives while securing reimbursement approvals.
- Collaboration is key in this role – you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure market access strategies align with overall business goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
- With your analytical skills, you will conduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making and guide product development and commercialization efforts.
- You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, represent us in negotiations, and mentor a team of market access professionals.
- A relevant degree (Health Economics, Business, Life Sciences) is required, with a preferred postgraduate qualification in areas such as health economics, medical science, or an MBA.
- At least 10 years of experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors is essential.
- Strong understanding of the Australia/New Zealand regulatory environments and healthcare systems is crucial.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with authentic leadership and team management abilities, are necessary.
- Ability to think critically and execute effectively, with proficiency in data analysis and market research tools, is a must.
