We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at Seven Animal Health. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease, and providing a warm and welcoming experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and other administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and external partners
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum Year 12 High School Education with additional IT/Customer Service/Call Centre training or equivalent experience
- Reception and client management experience
- High level customer service experience or training, including dealing with high volume and difficult customers
- Confliction resolution and problem solving skills
- High level prioritisation and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – with the ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships
- An empathic, caring and non-judgemental nature
- Veterinary/animal related experience, or a special interest in the animal care industry
- High resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
