Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and other administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and external partners
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum Year 12 High School Education with additional IT/Customer Service/Call Centre training or equivalent experience
  • Reception and client management experience
  • High level customer service experience or training, including dealing with high volume and difficult customers
  • Confliction resolution and problem solving skills
  • High level prioritisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – with the ability to build rapport and develop and maintain relationships
  • An empathic, caring and non-judgemental nature
  • Veterinary/animal related experience, or a special interest in the animal care industry
  • High resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
