Help Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating inventory
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting products to customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing solutions to customer problems and issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
