Job Title: Weekend Shift Continuous Anodizer Line Operator

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Weekend Shift Continuous Anodizer Line Operator. In this role, you will play a critical part in the safe and consistent operation of our continuous aluminum anodizing line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor equipment on the anodizing/coating line, including setup, adjustment, and shutdown procedures.
  • Perform regular quality checks, titrations, and inspections to ensure conformity with specifications.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance (PMs), cleanups, and line changeovers.
  • Interpret data and measurements to inform process decisions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Use standardized work instructions and comply with all safety and PPE requirements.
  • Coordinate with incoming and outgoing shift personnel to support smooth production transitions.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to read and follow standard work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
