About the Role:

We seek a seasoned construction professional to oversee long-term projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale apartment construction sites, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, conducting regular site inspections to monitor work progress.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in commercial new build projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced construction environments.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
