About the Role

Deliver highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants.

Motivate, mentor and support personal growth, helping participants develop and establish their vocational identity.

Tailor supports to individual requirements, providing hands-on and highly consultative support to a small group of participants.

Provide mentorship, encourage skills development and increase people's capacity for work.

Deliver person-centred supports to participants, some transitioning from school to work.

Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration.

Support employers through consultation.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Successful completion of a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
  • Willngness to travel as required for service delivery and support of participants
