About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our dynamic team at Perpetual Private. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending and actively participating in client meetings to support the provision of a highly personal and compelling client experience
  • Coordinating documentation for client meetings and overseeing the preparation of annual review and new business plans
  • Undertaking insurance needs analysis and preparation of insurance quotes
  • Managing workflow to deliver to client needs and maintaining an understanding of operational processes for other teams
  • Monitoring client accounts and team dashboards and maintaining client records

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience
  • Experience with Xplan desirable
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Working knowledge of investments and advice strategies, including superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams, and cash flow modelling
  • Working knowledge of estate planning, philanthropy, aged care, and debt management strategies desirable
