Job Title: Sales Consultant

Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. Your role will also involve preparing vehicles for sale, ensuring they meet our high standards of presentation and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for display
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and preparation status
  • Assist customers with financing options and complete necessary paperwork
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot imperfections and maintain high presentation standards
  • Tech Savvy: Experience or willingness to learn uploading and managing vehicle listings online
  • Organised and Reliable: Able to handle multiple responsibilities and complete tasks efficiently
  • Customer-Focused: Comfortable engaging with customers and assisting in sales efforts
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to support the team and contribute to the dealership's success
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
