As an experienced automotive technician, you will be responsible for completing service, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and standards. You will also promote brand image through reliable and cost-efficient repairs, maintain accurate and detailed reports, and work collaboratively with other departments internally.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Technical qualifications as an automotive technician (Cert 3)
  • Audi/VW/European experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience with vehicle diagnostics
  • Basic computer skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to study and retain detailed product information
  • The ability to work under pressure as part of a team that supports each other and is committed to delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service
  • A current driver's licence
  • A valid Trade persons licence
  • AC Refrigerant handling licence (not essential)
