Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Join our dynamic Audi team as a Service Receptionist We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to manage the front desk at our busy service department. If you have a knack for communication, are organized, and enjoy providing excellent customer care, this is the perfect role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service department.
- Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technician time.
- Handle phone inquiries regarding service, parts, and general information.
- Provide customers with updates on their vehicle status and estimated completion times.
- Process service paperwork, including work orders, service agreements, and payments.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, managing customer records).

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the automotive industry but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
