Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization in the role of Risk and Compliance Advisor. This position plays a pivotal part in enhancing our risk and compliance maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously elevate risk and compliance practices across business banking teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and support remediation efforts as needed.
  • Foster regular reporting and presentation to senior management on risk and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a positive risk culture throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in risk/compliance advice or related field in financial services industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at various levels of management.
  • Sound knowledge of financial institution operations, relevant regulatory requirements, and group policies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance management practices, risk appetite, and governance concepts.
