Job Title: Trade Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Marketing Specialist to drive retail success by coordinating trade programs, assets, analysis, and support for go-to-market execution of new products.

This role is a dynamic mix of hands-on Trade/Channel Marketing execution with Product Marketing support, aimed at driving growth across our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Trade Marketing Plans: Enhance brand presence and boost sales within the retail environment by creating and executing effective trade marketing strategies.
  • Create Shop-in-Shop Retail Display Programs: Develop guidelines and partner with operations on logistics and tracking to create visually appealing in-store displays.
  • Build and Localise Sell-in Decks, Line Reviews, and Planograms: Assist in creating sell-in materials, line reviews, and planograms for key accounts, ensuring a cohesive retail experience.
  • Implement Annual Trade Activation Calendars: Align seasonal campaigns and major launches with an annual trade activation calendar, maximising retail impact.
  • Coordinate Tradeshow Activations and Sales Enablement Tools: Oversee tradeshow activations and develop sales enablement tools to support retail teams.
  • Monitor and Report on Trade Marketing Performance: Analyse trade marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Experience in Trade/Channel Marketing: A strong background in trade/channel marketing, with a focus on driving retail success.
  • Omnichannel Product Marketing Support: Experience in supporting product marketing efforts across multiple channels.
  • Retail Landscape Knowledge: A deep understanding of the retail landscape and how to influence point-of-purchase decisions.
