Clinical Opportunity in Dementia Care

This is a part-time clinical opportunity within an experienced team that prioritizes best practice and patient-centered care.

The role focuses on providing care and management of clients, utilizing innovative models of service delivery.

As a clinician, you will lead by example and work collaboratively to support change and service improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing portfolios and implementing evidence-based care to patients, while possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking an advocate who has:

  • Bachelor of Allied Health/Nursing degree
  • Demonstrated experience in a multidisciplinary team with at least 5 years post-qualifying experience
  • Completion of a postgraduate qualification in dementia care or working towards
  • Australian working rights
