Digital Transformation Specialist

The Digital Transformation Specialist plays a pivotal role in spearheading the delivery of strategic and tactical digital initiatives within a cross-functional team. This position is responsible for driving the delivery of outcomes and outputs through the domain, delivering optimised lifecycle management of scalable, fit-for-purpose platforms that reduce complexity, risk, and cost.
About the Role:- This specialist will work closely with technical team members, Digital Product Owners, and stakeholders to define the delivery roadmap and break down the work into manageable stages (iterations).
- Aligning squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps to drive successful project delivery.
This role offers flexibility to be based in either Brisbane or Sydney with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing effective agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Supporting the delivery of efficient, effective, and sustainable business change within the Domain.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and financial implications.
This role requires an experienced professional who thrives in a complex, fast-paced, and agile delivery environment.
Requirements:- Significant delivery experience in agile environments.
- Proven track record delivering IT projects involving software implementations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior executives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional delivery and manage complex dependencies.
