Job Description

The Digital Transformation Manager works within a cross-functional team to drive the successful delivery of strategic and tactical digital initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior executives, and the ability to lead cross-functional delivery and manage complex dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the delivery of efficient, effective, and sustainable business change.
  • Working closely with technical team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define the delivery roadmap and break down work into manageable stages.
  • Aligning squad goals with strategic business outcomes and customer roadmaps.
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums.
  • Removing delivery blockers and managing risks, dependencies, and financials.
  • Communicating progress to senior stakeholders and Group Executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Significant delivery experience in agile environments.
  • Proven track record delivering IT projects involving software implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior executives.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional delivery and manage complex dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
