Job Title: Speech Pathologist

We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia, serving thousands of community participants with Occupational & Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a varied caseload. They will be proactive, motivated by improvement and learning from new ideas, and have a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly.
  • Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community.
  • Using clinical observations and standardized assessments to develop tailored treatment goals.
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' lives.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Mentoring graduates and early career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
