We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Casual Urgent Care Medical Receptionist to join our Ipswich practice. Your key responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, greeting patients, and providing top-notch customer service. You will also support healthcare professionals with administration duties and schedule appointments as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. They must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage, but not required. Above all, you should have a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and welcome them into the Centre.
  • Collect and enter patient details into the database.
  • Schedule appointments when required.
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support and other ad hoc duties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.
  • Work collaboratively within a multifaceted team and independently.
