We are seeking an experienced Pastoral & Wellbeing Leader to join our school community. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing innovative pastoral care and support to students.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position, commencing January 2026. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective wellbeing programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead wellbeing initiatives that promote student engagement and academic success
- Provide guidance and support to teachers on pastoral care best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related field
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or eligibility to gain it
- Working rights for Australia, including Skilled Visa holders or eligibility to obtain one
- A positive school culture with supportive teams
- A strong reputation for educational innovation
- Respectful and engaged students
