Digital Transformation Leader required to drive business growth through innovative digital strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing plans that amplify our brand presence and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop multi-platform strategies to engage customers across web, social media, paid media, email, and CRM channels.
  • Lead performance-driven campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring ROI-focused budget allocation and conversion optimisation.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and website performance, working with agencies to enhance visibility, traffic, and user experience.
  • Manage website re-platforming projects, ensuring smooth transitions between CMS platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Champion bold, engaging, and on-brand creative content that resonates with our audiences.
  • Mentor and develop a small but dynamic marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Manage digital marketing components of major business initiatives, from platform migrations to event launches.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years in progressive digital marketing roles, with experience driving measurable business outcomes through digital channels.
  • Background in hospitality, lifestyle brands, or related customer-centric industries where you've successfully elevated digital presence.
  • Advanced knowledge of modern marketing technology including: Google Analytics 4, paid media platforms, CRM systems, SEO strategy, and emerging technologies like AI in marketing and personalisation strategies.
  • Proven success managing complex digital projects, particularly website migrations and platform integrations.
  • Able to develop compelling digital content strategies that build brand equity while driving conversions.
  • Experience mentoring digital specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and ROI-focused strategies.
Key Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to champion innovative approaches.
  • Results-driven with a track record of exceeding digital performance metrics.
  • Valid driver's license for travel between venues.
