Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior managers with day-to-day client management across multiple accounts
  • Assist in coordinating campaigns and projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Prepare and update reports, presentations, and client documentation
  • Work closely with creative and digital teams to deliver campaign assets
  • Help manage client communications, including agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups
  • Conduct research to support campaign planning and strategy development
  • Contribute ideas to team discussions and problem-solving
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or similar field
  • Up to 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital, or client services (internships and placements count)
  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow skills
  • Exposure to education or property industries is beneficial but not essential; desire to learn about these industries is essential
