Key to this position is the ability to effectively manage and coordinate Releases across business operations. This involves leveraging automation and innovation to realise efficiencies, identifying risks and issues, and providing regular reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working within various Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and have a practical understanding of Scrum agile methodologies and practices. Additionally, they will have release governance experience in scheduling, coordinating processes and tooling, as well as expertise in Azure DevOps.

A successful candidate will be able to drive human resource management activities including staff development and workload planning to ensure adequate resources are available to deliver transition services in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements. They will also contribute to a dynamic environment, ensuring risks are identified and minimised.

To excel in this position, applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical/Operational/Educational experience
  • Experience working within various Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Practical understanding and use of Scrum agile methodologies and practices
  • Release Governance experience in scheduling, coordinating, processes and tooling
  • Azure DevOps
