Key Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the financial operations of a major client across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee monthly profit and loss statements, portfolio reporting, management commentary, and rolling forecasts.
  • Contract and Revenue Management: Manage debt collection, price escalations, and contract variations in line with client agreements and company standards.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and manage internal and external audit processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce (Accounting); Chartered Accountant/ Certified Practising Accountant qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role managing financial operations across multiple sites.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Problem Solving and Project Management: Proven ability to solve complex problems, manage projects, and deliver results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication capabilities.
  • Work Ethic and Autonomy: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Cultural Competence: Able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Security Clearance: Must be an Australian Citizen and must hold or be eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance.
