This role requires strong technical expertise in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project. You will be responsible for developing budgets, preparing fee proposals, and coordinating technical reviews and internal QA processes.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee the design and drafting program for urban development projects.
- Develop and implement engineering application processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation.
- 15+ years' experience in civil design for buildings, urban development, land development, or brownfield projects.
- Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes.
- Proficient in civil design software and experienced in QA processes and design reviews.
