Childcare Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate childcare professional to join our team at Burleigh Heads OSHC Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, including managing a team of Educators.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families;
  • Manage the daily operations of the programs, including staff supervision and rostering;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations;
  • Undertake administrative tasks, including record-keeping and reporting;
  • Collaborate with families and the school community to provide exceptional care and support;

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • A completed or near-completed qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services);
  • Sound experience in assisting with program development and a passion for delivering quality childcare;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A current Blue Card certification;
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications;
