Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of an existing portfolio of commercial clients
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Engaging proactively with clients around their risks, current policies, and potential policy needs
  • Responding to day-to-day queries from clients, including managing claims
  • Handling processing duties, such as renewals, endorsements, certificates of currency, invoicing
  • Actively supporting the utilization of new systems and processes that support business growth and improvement
  • Performing various account management, servicing, sales, and administration tasks
  • Being part of a close-knit team with opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and training others
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • A keen entrepreneurial spirit
  • An eye for detail and quality while working under pressure
  • Eagerness to grow a career in insurance
  • Tier 1 qualification and basic insurance technical knowledge
