About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class risk management solutions to clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their insurance career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The Client Executive will work on a defined portfolio of existing clients, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will proactively engage with clients around their risks, current policies, and what policies they should consider.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proactively engaging with clients around their risks and policy needs
  • Responding to day-to-day queries from clients, including claims management
  • Handling processing duties, including renewals, endorsements, certificates of currency, and invoicing
