At LNW Gaming ANZ Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting key decision-making across all aspects of financial management and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Forecasting: Develop, analyze, and report on quarterly and annual financial forecasts, including revenue projections, Opex, Capex, and working capital management.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and analysis that includes variance and metric analysis to review business performance and support business decisions.
- Commercial Evaluations: Undertake financial evaluations of various commercial initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and risk assessments.
- Business Improvement: Assist in driving continuous improvement across the wider business to reduce unit costs and improve business processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, product management, and marketing to gather data and provide financial insights that drive business strategy and financial performance.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of short and long-term financial plans and strategies, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Problem Solving: Identify financial trends, issues, and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis & reporting, forecasting, and commercial evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and, when required, an attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, together with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- ERP experience - Navision preferred but not essential - together with a sound understanding of Hyperion and its application in management reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
