Financial Analyst Job Description

At LNW Gaming ANZ Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business strategy by providing financial analysis and insights to inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze financial forecasts, including revenue projections, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and working capital management.
  • Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and analysis to review business performance and support business decisions.
  • Undertake financial evaluations of various commercial initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in driving continuous improvement across the business to reduce unit costs and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights that drive business strategy and financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, and commercial evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  • ERP experience, preferably Navision, and sound understanding of Hyperion and its application in management reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
