Job Opportunity:

A multifaceted venue is seeking a highly motivated leader to drive the business and team to new heights.

As a vibrant service manager, you will be responsible for developing and training the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus, outstanding leadership skills, and proven experience running or assisting in the running of a venue.

You will be expected to manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting and rostering team members, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Additionally, you will bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests, while being creative and developing and growing the business through your own initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Recruit and roster team members
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Be creative and develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know locals and their preferences
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop the team
  • Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a venue
  • Ability to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience
  • Industry licenses and accreditation
