Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious store manager to lead our retail team in Queensland.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in fast-paced environments. They will be responsible for cultivating a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our regional manager to achieve business goals. You will also be part of a friendly and dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional results.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, able to work rotational weekend rosters, including late night trade. You will also need to have a solid experience in store management, preferably in the fashion industry.
