About This RoleWe are seeking a talented Taxation Lawyer (5-10 years pqe) Associate/Senior Associate to collaborate closely with our senior professionals focusing on complex tax and structuring matters. As a Taxation Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in your chosen field of expertise and advance your career handling challenging taxation matters such as:
- Complex Structuring and Succession Planning: Advising high net wealth individuals and family clients on complex structuring and succession planning matters.
- Trusts: Advising on complex tax issues relating to trusts and preparing deeds of variation.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Identifying and advising on a range of tax issues in commercial transactions.
- Complex Tax Arrangements and Advice: Drafting experience for commercial transactional documents and providing complex tax advice.
- Private Rulings and Tax Disputes: Advising clients on private rulings and tax disputes.
To be successful in this role, you will have between 5-10 years pqe with an eagerness to contribute to our team, provide mentorship for less experienced colleagues, and develop your own career as a leading tax advisor. You should possess:
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Excellent communication skills at all levels and a genuine 'client service' focus.
- Drive and Enthusiasm: An engaging, proactive team approach.
