Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Solutions Specialist to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will play a vital role in providing financial solutions and exceptional service to the Defence community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Consumer Lending portfolio, including Credit Cards and Personal Loans
  • Identifying and referring Home Lending opportunities to specialists within the organisation
  • Delivering excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Working effectively with others, both in person and remotely
  • Building rapport and understanding member needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills
  • Experience in customer service and sales, preferably in retail banking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
