About this role:

We are seeking a highly organised and friendly professional to support daily operations at our busy site in Glendenning.

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our warehouse and food distribution teams.

Your responsibilities will include reception duties, financial processes, bookings, orders, documentation, administrative records, maintenance requests, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting Workplace Health & Safety activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in administration or customer service roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A customer service mindset

Ideally, you will also have experience working in community services or warehouse environments.
