Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently.

The Conference Centre is a unique designer space with 11 purpose-built meeting rooms, offering endless possibilities for event organizers. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will play a vital role in coordinating the operational requirements of the banqueting department, working closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet event guests, review the planned program, and communicate any changes to relevant teams
  • Supervise, lead, and manage the banquets team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously, providing an outstanding experience
  • Coordinate team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for customer service and a proven track record of delivering excellent results
  • Hold supervisory experience in a similar role, with a focus on leading and motivating high-performing teams
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally, to build effective relationships
  • Showcase the ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure, with excellent time management and communication skills
  • Be available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week across various shifts
