Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to fill the role of Front Desk Coordinator. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this position plays a vital part in creating exceptional experiences that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering seamless interactions, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere, and providing excellent customer service at all touch points.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the arrival experience, our ideal candidate will create enjoyable and memorable interactions driven by our brand and culture.
  • Ensuring operational excellence for client and visitor experiences, the successful candidate will uphold high standards across all reception and workplace touch points.
  • Administering the client floor and reception tasks with efficiency and accuracy, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of the client areas and back of house spaces to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to assist in event management as well as onboarding and offboarding employees.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2-3 years' Customer Service/Concierge experience in a similar role required within a professional services office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications - Teams, Word, Power Point & Excel.
  • Experience in managing multiple meeting room calendars.
  • Polished personal presentation is required.
  • Desire to learn & manage all meeting room technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
